If you are still having problems getting into the classroom or handouts, please try the tips below.
Tips for accessing the classroom:
Login to your account at Big Picture.
Click on "My Classes".
Click on the "Enter Classroom" button next to The Big Idea Festival.
If you're unable to see the classroom...
1. Try refreshing your browser window.
2. Close the classroom, clear your cookies/cache/history and enter the
classroom again.
3. Email [email protected] for further assistance!
Tips for viewing the handouts/projects:
First, instead of clicking on the link, put your mouse over the link and
"Right" click. A menu should pop out to the side. Select "Save Target As"
and select your desktop (or anywhere else on your hard drive). Once the file
has downloaded, open up the Acrobat program, find the file on your hard
drive, and open the file.
If you're still unable to open the handouts, please make sure that you have
the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (9.0) installed.

Look forward to it - but as of 8AM Florida time, I cant get into the classroom - maybe the server is down. Will try again later - please resend a mass email to everyone when the problem is fixed - thank you.

I seem to be having the same problem as Cheryl. When I click on the projects, a window opens but there is nothing to view.

I can get into the classroom but I cannot view the main project or bonus projects. Links just give me a blank screen - no error message just white space.
