Please remember that when you pay with the e-Check feature of PayPal you will not receive immediate access to your classroom. Your check needs to clear their 'bank' before the actual payment is processed.
PayPal sends the request to your bank immediately. It can take up to
four business days to complete an electronic funds transfer.
If
your bank initially declines the electronic funds transfer, the payment
can be delayed for up to an additional seven business days. In this
case, the Expected Clearing Date listed in the recipient's transaction
history is updated to reflect the new date.
If you need immediate access to your class and you are going to pay through PayPal then we would recommend that you use the credit card option. The eCheck is a feature of PayPal, not of Big Picture Scrapbooking, so we are unable to change or improve the process of eCheck payments.
